As we have worked together to develop their sales pages, I know closely the strength of the NorthFit brand and the standard of excellence of its 3 physical units in Rio de Janeiro (Centro, Copacabana and Barra da Tijuca).
the length of my career as a developer, I learned that the most efficient technology is not the most complex: it is the one that integrates perfectly with the routine of those who use it. Therefore, this system has been designed tailored for your business. It is not a generic course platform or an academy cast system; it is NorthFit's own ecosystem.
The goal is simple: unify the face-to-face and digital under your brand, offering a premium experience for students, ease for teachers and total control for you, without paying abusive fees per student to third parties.

Why isn't the traditional model isolated enough?
Your physical units are a success. The next step is to break down the physical barriers.
The three bottlenecks this ecosystem solves:
1. The geographical barrier
Currently, NorthFit billing depends exclusively on the physical presence of students in academies. With the digital platform, you expand your market to anyone in Brazil who wants to train with your unique methodologies.
2. Unplugged students and training
Paper training or static PDFs reduce student loyalty and make prescription routine difficult. An interactive training app with progress and commemoration bar increases retention and generates real engagement.
3. Fragmentation of systems
Using third-party video platforms (such as Hotmart) and isolated physical management systems confuses the student and hinders financial control. NorthFit needs a central hub to unify the physical and digital student's record.

This proposal
PHASE 1 — The Digital Heart
Recorded online courses are active, the Interactive Training App is released to students and the basic administrative panel allows you to manage subscriptions.
Next step
PHASE 2 — Integration, Teachers & Sales
Exclusive area of the teacher for customized prescriptions and automatic diet generator. API integration with physical turnstile (EVO/Tecnofit), commercial CRM funnel with automated WhatsApp and Paid Traffic structuring.
Final phase
PHASE 3 — Advanced & Scale Management
Hybrid scheduling of physical and online classes in the app, automatic financial collections in batch by WhatsApp, KPIs panel management and scale of paid traffic campaigns.

What is included in phase 1
Everything you need to launch your digital product into the air.
Module 1: Course Platform (Custom LMS)
Exclusive video area for the REM Methodology, Movement and Gluteo GRD courses. It has automated access rules (free classes 1 and 2 for attraction, the rest blocked for subscribers) and an upgrade overlay blocking the Gluteos course for visitors, stimulating Pro/Anual subscriptions.
Module 2: Interactive Training App (standardized routines)
Listagem de treinos práticos baseados nas metodologias, com séries, repetições e tempo de descanso. O aluno marca as séries concluídas em tempo real e visualiza uma barra de progresso que celebra com confetes ao atingir 100% de conclusão do dia.
Módulo 3: Biblioteca de Apoio (Downloads)
Biblioteca de materiais adicionais (PDFs de guias, planilhas XLSX e vídeos curtos de execução) liberada exclusivamente para alunos com assinaturas ativas.
Módulo 4: Painel Administrativo do Dono (Básico)
Sua central de controle para monitorar novos alunos digitais cadastrados e ativar/bloquear acessos manualmente conforme o status do pagamento.
O que NÃO está incluso nesta fase (movido para as Fases 2 e 3):
- Área de prescrição do professor e gerador de dietas (Fase 2)
- Integração de catraca física via API (Fase 2)
- CRM comercial e automação de disparos de WhatsApp (Fase 2)
- Sistema de agendamento presencial e controle de ocupação de turmas (Fase 3)
- Gestão de cobrança automatizada em lote (Fase 3)
- Investimento em mídia/anúncios (Tráfego Pago)

E as Fases 2 e 3? Serão orçadas separadamente após a Fase 1 estar funcionando perfeitamente — sempre no mesmo modelo de etapas e valores similares. Vocês decidem se e quando avançar. Sem contrato que obrigue a fazer tudo.

(distribuídos em 4 marcos ao longo do projeto).

(sendo 60% de entrada e 40% na entrega do projeto).
Sem Taxa de Manutenção Mensal: O sistema é seu. Você não paga mensalidades de uso para mim. Você assume apenas os custos diretos das contas de hospedagem (Vercel e Supabase), que iniciam gratuitas e têm custo extremamente baixo conforme o uso escala. Os vídeos serão hospedados via embeds seguros (Vimeo ou YouTube), eliminando gastos extras com servidores de streaming de vídeo.
