I've been a client of Donna FIT for a while, and as an insider, I follow closely how efficient your operation is. — And how much lighter she could be.
Throughout my career as a developer, I have learned that the best system is not the most complex: it is what fits in the real day to day of those who use it. So each decision of this project was designed for Donna FIT's exact flow. — Not for a generic restaurant, not for a standard delivery, but for you.
The goal is simple: to make the 2,000 lunches continue to be produced with the same quality, but with much less stress for those who touch the business.

Why isn't WhatsApp enough?
You built a successful operation. Process does not followNo growth.
The 3 bottlenecks this system eliminates:
1. The chaos of requests
Messages that disappear in history, manual confirmations, risk of duplicity. Each request depends on constant human attention — And that has a high cost in time and stress.
2. The invisible stock
No visibility of what's ready in the freezer, the only way to know is to open, count or remember. The result is to sell what you don't have or stop selling what you have.
3. The kitchen without panel
On Monday, what will the kitchen produce? It's up to someone to gather the orders, add them up manually and pass them on. This process takes hours of rest.

The project is divided into 3 phases. Each solves a real problem before moving forward. You only decide on the next step after seeing the previous one work.

The client asks for the system. Stock upgrades itself. The kitchen knows what to produce.

Technical sheets, smart purchases and centralized financial.

Management Dashboard with control by mobile phone, computer and CMV, margin per product and weekly reports.

What is included in phase 1
Everything you need to get out of WhatsApp and organize the operation now.
Module 1: Digital Menu (client experience)
The client accesses a link on the mobile phone, chooses the boxes and completes the order. The system only shows what's in stock — No "over" surprises. At the end, the order arrives organized in the WhatsApp of you with a unique ID and all the information.
Module 2: Request Panel (Everson)
All the orders of the day on one screen. Clear visual status: Pending → In Production → Ready → Deliver. No need to roll conversation history.
Module 3: Kitchen Panel (Patricia and staff)
Consolidated list of what to produce for the next day. The team looks at the screen and works — No need to ask, no need to go through it manually.
Module 4: Ready Marmit Stock
Automatic drop at the time of request. Visual alert when some item is running out. No more selling what you don't have.

Before we even close any contract or draw the final version, I created and assembled a functional prototype for you to test on your cell phone screen. It's exactly this ease and agility that the system will bring to Donna FIT's day-to-day:
